CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Steve commenced the role of Chief Executive of Hastings in September 2007. Prior to this Steve held the position of CEO of Babcock & Brown Infrastructure, a top 100 ASX infrastructure, and utility entity with assets spread globally across three continents. He has also held CEO roles with Powerco, a New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) listed energy utility, and with Allgas based in Queensland. With these roles Steve grew the business ownership, operations and assets under management by leading numerous transactions in the infrastructure and utility sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, and both equity and debt capital markets. He has held a range of executive level positions in the infrastructure and utility sectors with experience in listed, unlisted and public utilities for more than 30 years.
DIRECTOR, ALTERNATIVE DEBT
George joined Hastings in April 2006 and is presently Head of Hastings' high yield securities business globally. George is the Chief Operating Officer of the ASX listed Hastings High Yield Fund and the unlisted wholesale fund Hastings Yield Fund. The Alternative Debt team is responsible for the sourcing, execution and asset management of high yield securities investments globally as well as liaising with Hastings' high yield stakeholders. Prior to joining Hastings, George was Associate Director with the Investment Banking Group of Barclays Capital in London. George also previously held executive roles with the Royal Bank of Scotland and GE Capital. George holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

David is involved in sourcing, assessing, managing, and exiting investment opportunities for the Hastings Private Equity Fund. David commenced employment with Hastings in June 2004, bringing additional private equity and international investment banking experience to the team. Prior to joining Hastings, David worked with ANZ Private Equity, where he established its Melbourne office and oversaw investments in five companies. David also spent six years with NM Rothschild and Sons corporate finance teams in London, Sydney and Melbourne, advising on a wide range of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and equity raisings.

Richard joined Hastings in May 2006 and is responsible for the Australian operations of Utilities Trust of Australia, and has joint responsibility for Hastings' infrastructure operations in Australia. Richard's directorships include Perth Airport, Epic Energy, Port of Portland, Interlink and Statewide Roads. Prior to joining Hastings, Richard was a partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques specialising in project and infrastructure finance. His clients included Macquarie Bank, ABN AMRO, Bilfinger Berger and Hastings. Richard has acted for Hastings and its investments since, including Perth Airport, Port of Portland, Global Renewables, Queensland Airports and Northern Territory Airports. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.

Dominic joined Hastings in November 2001 and has focussed on investing in businesses and overseeing investments on behalf of Hastings Private Equity Fund. Dominic has extensive international experience in the areas of Venture Capital, Business Incubation, Operational Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Hastings, Dominic was one of four founding directors of Cargill's US$60 million Corporate Venture Fund in the US.

Jeff joined Hastings in April 2008. Jeff is part of Hastings' executive management team and holds the dual role of Head of Listed Infrastructure and Chief Executive Officer of Australian Infrastructure Fund. Prior to joining Hastings Jeff was part of the senior management team at Prime Infrastructure/Babcock & Brown Infrastructure (BBI), where he was a key member of the leadership team, first as Prime Infrastructure/BBI's Chief Financial Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer for BBI Transport Infrastructure. Jeff's main areas of focus at BBI were the management and operations of infrastructure and utilities in the transport and energy sectors. Jeff also has broad experience in asset management with his role as a director on a range of BBI subsidiary boards. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Glasgow, and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland since 1988.

Peter joined Hastings in March 2000 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Utilities Trust of Australia in January 2004. Peter's directorships include Mid Kent Water. In August 2006, Peter relocated to New York to establish Hastings' North American business. Peter focuses on portfolio management and strategy, investment selection, capital allocation and execution of investments, including presenting proposals to Hastings Investment Committee and the respective Boards, research and unitholder and adviser relationships. Prior to joining Hastings, Peter worked in the Structured Asset Finance division at Deutsche Bank and at a number of chartered accounting firms in Brisbane and Sydney. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology, majoring in business and taxation law, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
COMPANY SECRETARY & HEAD OF COMPLIANCE
Claire joined Hastings in June 2005. She has over 20 years experience gained in private and corporate legal practice as well as considerable company secretarial experience. At Hastings she is responsible for the Company Secretarial and Compliance function.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Victoria joined Hastings in July 2003 as Finance Manager. Victoria was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in August 2004 and is responsible for the financial management and administration of Hastings and its wholesale managed funds.
COMPANY SECRETARY
Kim is a Chartered Accountant and has over 10 years' experience in the financial services industry, initially as an auditor. On joining Hastings in 1999, she assumed compliance and company secretarial responsibilities. She has been Company Secretary at Hastings since August 2004.
