| The HIF portfolio comprises a seed investment in units of the Hastings Utilities Trust (HUT), a trust formed for the purpose of owning a minority investment in ElectraNet, which operates and manages South Australia's electricity transmission network. ElectraNet transports electricity throughout South Australia and imports/exports electricity from other states participating in the national electricity market. HIF owns 22.53 percent of HUT. |
