Overview
Hastings, as manager of The Infrastructure Fund (TIF), endeavours to accumulate a quality infrastructure asset portfolio with the aim of providing unitholders with:
- capital growth complemented by cash yield;
- a stable band of total return;
- a moderate risk profile;
- economic, geographic and sector diversity; and
- a benchmark return of 8.75 percent per annum post-fees and implied superannuation fund tax.
TIF/TIFB combined comprises The Infrastructure Fund (TIF) and The Infrastructure Fund B (TIFB), which owns the assets. Hastings is the Trustee and Manager of TIF and TIFB.
The Private Capital Group Board is the unitholder representative board to which Hastings has delegated certain authorities, including investment decisions and related party considerations.
