·        Availability based payments with no usage risk

·        Total financing costs c.$200 million

·        Initial investment c.$21 million

Project Update

·        Full construction completion reached in June 2009 in accordance with bid case development schedule

·        Full service commencement on 1 July 2009 with full service fee also commencing from July 2009

·        Total abatements life to date have been minimal and are passed through to subcontractors
