UTA holds an
interest in Interlink Roads

Overview
Interlink
Roads manages the M5 South West Motorway (M5) in Sydney under a concession agreement
with the NSW Government. The concession agreement expires in August 2023 (which
will be extended to December 2026 once the widening of the motorway project is
completed).
Performance
Interlink Roads generated a return of
38.9 percent for the year ended 30 June 2012.
The
since inception return to UTA (per annum): 20.7%
