Overview
Ballarat
Water owns six water treatment plants in and around Ballarat in central Victoria.
The plants provide water treatment services to Central Highlands Water under a
‘Build, Own, Operate, Transfer’ contract, with a remaining duration of 14
years.
Performance
Ballarat
Water generated a return of 12.1 percent for the year
ended 30 June 2012.
The
since inception return to TIF (per annum): 8.7%
